Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

All orders are subject to our standard conditions of sale.

Faral patented the concept of diecast aluminium radiators in 1966 and have become Europe’s leading radiator brand. The rounded and curved surfaces of these Faral Alliance radiators combine aesthetics, functionality and performance.

They have the large surface area and output that are ideal for use with modern heat pump systems.

The radiators are available in four models - 350, 500, 600 and 800 (model name refers to centre-to-centre height), and in assemblies of 4, 8, 10 or 12 sections.

Notes:

A 6 section radiator is shown (for illustrative purposes). 

When sizing Alliance radiators for low temperature applications use the output figures for 30 degrees.

Each join requires 2 joining nipples and 2 washers as well as a Nipple Key tool.
Maximum of two radiators joined together. Maximum number of sections when joined is 20.

Each complete radiator requires 2 brackets and 1 fitting pack.


Delivery Charge Note:

Please note that a charge of €65 plus VAT is applicable to orders of radiators under €500 plus VAT. We will contact you to arrange the additional payment after the order has been placed.
