Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The new Immergas Victrix Tera V2 Plus is system boiler, available in 24kW or 35kW capacities .  It is equipped with a stainless steel heat exchanger and is lighter and more compact than previous models.

Immergas are one of Europe's largest boiler manufacturers.  They have been in operation for over half a century and produced well over 5 million boilers to date, with a production capacity of up to 300,000 boilers per year.

Compact size and advanced design makes this boiler highly reliable and easily serviced.  New easy-to-use electronic controls reduce running costs by improving the boilers part-load performance, enabling high seasonal efficiency. The boiler is available for use with Natural Gas or LPG.

    The boiler is eligible for an extended (6 year) warranty if it is installed along with an extended warranty kit (see accessories) by an RVR Approved Installer.

    Note: Flue kit is not included and must be purchased separately - see accessories below.
