Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The Immergas Magis M is a monobloc air to water heat pump.  It is available in single phase capacities from 4kW to 16kW, and is ideal for use in houses, apartments and smaller light commercial applications.

The Magis M is great for retro-fit it has been designed to facilitate multiple zones, domestic water heating, anti-legionella control and smart grid management.

Circulation pump, flow switch, expansion vessel and safety valve are all built in and a stylish remote control panel is also included.  A water filter and condensate drain connection are also supplied.

Various secondary side configurations are supported which brings superb flexibility in existing buildings. The following commonly encountered configurations are all covered in the quick install guide:

  • Three way valve for hot water + 2-way zone valves for central heating. 
  • 2-way zone valves for hot water and heating (NO or NC for DHW via jumper)
  • Individually pumped zones with hydraulic separator (header)

We recommend the use of the smart wiring centre (see accessories below or contact us for details), which simplifies wiring greatly.  It brings most terminal connections within the building, which makes zone wiring easier and also minimises the number of cables which need to be run to the heat pump.
