Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

Cleaner F3 is an effective, universal pH neutral cleaner. It removes sludge, scale and debris from existing central heating systems to restore heating efficiency and eliminate boiler noise. When commissioning new systems in accordance with BS7593:2006, Cleaner F3 removes flux residues and other debris to help extend the life of the boiler and the efficiency of the system. It is ideal for use when powerflushing to accelerate the cleaning process. Available in 500ml liquid bottle, 280ml Express aerosol canister and 290ml gel cartridge formats. It is a non- hazardous product which is compatible with all metals commonly used in heating systems.
