Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

All orders are subject to our standard conditions of sale.

 ARES PRO range consists of a range of 7 high water content boiler models from 150kW to 600kW. They may be installed singly or in cascaded of up to 8 boilers.

Boiler Features:

  • compact size especially in width;
  • power modulation range up to 1:4;
  • high water content with consequent reduction of the number of burner on/off cycles, allows to obtain benefits on seasonal efficiency;
  • high efficiency due to the special patented vertical tube bundle stainless steel smoke pipes with a 3° inclination, equipped with special multi-layer aluminium, silicon and magnesium inserts
  • complete premixing, modulating vertical, irradiation, metallic fibre burner, fitted with double ionisation ignition and control electrode;
  • stainless steel condensate collection tank with level sensor which interrupts the generator in case of issue with condensate disposal;
  • air/gas total mixing fan with electronically variable speed and integrated anti-backflow swing check valve;
  • The special ecological burner guarantees particularly reduced polluting emissions (the boiler belongs to the most environment-friendly class envisioned by European Standards - class 6).
  • The generator electronics are equipped with an emergency operation function, with a backup control unit that takes control of the generator in case of failure of the main board.
  • IPX4D electrical degree of protection, for indoor installation only;
