Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The Star pellet boiler is an efficient, easy to manage wood pellet boiler. Star is a standard system boiler which is also fitted with a high capacity plate heat exchanger for the production of hot water. It has a capacity of 20kW and contains a buffer volume of 175 litres of water. This gives a very high level of hot water output. The plate heat exchanger is capable of delivering 24 litres per minute of DHW at 60°C. This equates with 40 litres per minute at a delta-T of 30°C. There is approximately 300 litres of water available from the boiler at this temperature. 


The Star can be installed in a garage or boiler room. Ideally it should be directly fed with pellets from a suitable bulk pellet store. Where this is not possible, a smaller 100 litre store and auger is available which can be manually or mechanically filled from a remote pellet store or using bagged pellets.

The boiler may be fitted with the superb VIKING BIO pellet burner which provides stable, safe and economic combustion of the pellets.
