Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

SolaPlug is a great solution when you want to fit solar water heating to an existing vented cylinder. It is fitted through the standard 2¼" heater connection found on most cylinders. It also incorporates a replacement 2kW immersion with thermostat and safety cut-out.

The SolaPlug is often the best option if:

  1. The existing cylinder is new or in good condition
  2. The cylinder is well insulated
  3. Average daily hot water consumption is little more than half the cylinder volume or less

Typical examples:

  • 120 litre cylinder - 2 full time occupants
  • 168 litre cylinder - 3 full time occupants

Benefits:

  • Up to 30% reduction in installation cost
  • Existing plumbing and heating system remains unchanged, no pipes are cut
  • Solar heat is transferred to the cool water at the bottom of the cylinder. This ensures optimum system efficiency
  • Models available for 36", 42" and 48"cylinders
  • Horizontally mounted models available also

Remember that you need at least 50L of water capacity per m2 solar panel aperture area.  Do not install too much solar capacity or the system will overheat in summertime.
