Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

Stock Clearance

The EasyStove RC 20kW is an excellent solution for seamlessly integrating an open vented solid fuel heat generator, like a stove with a back boiler, into a Low-Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating system. It's perfectly suited for residential applications, offering both stove and heating pumps controlled by a flue thermostat (not included although we can supply if required)

The system smartly transfers heat to the central heating when the stove reaches the desired temperature.  The EasyStove is designed for up to 20kW stoves, featuring built-in pumps, air vents, a non-return valve, and integrated controls for optimal performance and convenience.

Note - for safety and efficiency, the use of a heat dump via a thermal valve and heat exchanger is advised (sold separately)


A compatible low-velocity header is also available to simplify piping of systems.

Warning: Heating systems should only be designed and installed by qualified personnel.
