Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The Immergas inoxstor 2 zone pre-plumbed kit is designed for use with Immergas Audax heat pumps.  The kit is designed to provide all the indoor functionality when using an Immergas Audax Heat Pump and is a great time-saver.. 

The kit includes:

  • 200, 300 or 500 Litre Immergas Inoxstor cylinder
  • Immergas Audax Distributer
  • A 2kW immersion

This Audax distributer provides the following functionality:

  • Pre-plumbed manifold with three way valve and two zone valves - allowing easy connection of the heat pump to the cylinder and heating system
  • Pre-wired Immergas Audax remote controller ready to accept two thermostat connections
  • Built in control of immersion for legionella control.

 

A suitably dimensioned un-vented kit must be installed with the cylinder to ensure safe operation.  A belding valve must also be installed.  Please refer to Audax distributor instructions for more information.
