Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The Immergas Magis Combo is an air source heat pump designed for use in older homes, where a standard heat pump may not have enough capacity.

It combines a very efficient heat pump with a powerful gas boiler backup module. It can be fitted in any house with no need to change the radiators in most cases. It is ideal for homes with a high level of heat loss.

Most of the heat demand during the heating season is provided by the heat pump with the boiler module kicking in during cold weather when the heat pump may not have enough capacity. Smart auto-switching electronics decide when to switch over automatically - always prioritising the heat pump.

The performance of the Magis Combo will vary depending on the house. In a typical house, the heat pump will provide over 90% of the heat with the boiler module providing the rest.

The Magis Combo has an outdoor unit and an indoor unit connected by refrigerant piping and a two-core data cable. The outdoor unit (single or twin-fan, depending on model) takes heat from the air outside and transfers it into the refrigerant circuit. The indoor unit transfers the heat from the refrigerant into the heating or hot water system.

The Magis Combo's unique supplementary gas boiler module within the indoor unit allows it to deliver flow temperatures of up to 80°C when required. This powerful backup means it is suitable for use in almost any home without changing the radiators. The indoor unit has similar pipe locations to a gas boiler, which makes it an ideal boiler replacement.

The Magis Combo (combi version) is designed for connection to a system that does not have any water heating cylinder. It provides hot water instantaneously, on-demand. A 27kW gas boiler module (Natural Gas or LPG) provides ample domestic water heating capacity. This makes the Magis Combo (combi version) an ideal replacement for an existing combi gas boiler or where space for a
water heating cylinder is limited.
