Shipping costs are weight based and are calculated at checkout. All deliveries are via courier or on a pallet (depending on delivery size and weight) and will need to be signed for on receipt.

  • Collection from our warehouse (Kenmare): Free
  • Standard shipping - up to 15kg: €13.50 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - 15kg - 30kg : €26.00 + VAT
  • Standard Shipping - over 30kg : €35.00 + VAT

Shipping times are generally as follows:

  • Off the shelf items (packets or parcels) - including Immergas Victrix Tera boilers - Order before 12.30pm for same day despatch
  • Boilers requiring conversion & regular pallets - Order by 4pm for next day despatch
  • Items requiring assembly, building or preparation - 2nd business day after date of order
  • Orders are usually delivered on the business day following despatch

V.A.T is charged at the standard rate of 23%. We display prices Ex. VAT as we primarily sell to trade customers.

Payment is via credit or debit card. Our payments are processed by Realex Payments (an Irish company) and we do not see or store your card details.

Returns are possible at any time within 7 days for a full refund. We will provide a returns number on request, and you must return the goods at your own cost. Outside of the 7 day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.

The RVR CAHA Midi is a range of floor standing condensing gas boilers.  There are 4 models with nominal capacities of 340kW, 425kW, 510kW and 600kW.   All models share the following features:

  • Highly efficient cast aluminium alloy heat exchanger.
  • High output capacity from a compact footprint.
  • 5:1 Turndown ratio
  • Soft start - power increases at a target rate of 4 °C/min until maximum capacity or set temperature has been reached.
  • Enhanced efficiency can be achieved as weather compensation and hot water priority functions are standard. 
  • Low hydraulic pressure drop means that primary pump sizes are reduced.
  • Modular Heat Exchanger system connected in a "Tichelmann" configuration for balanced circulation.
  • Multiple control options (ON/OFF, 0-10V analog control or Opentherm digital control) permit maximum flexibility.
